Vendor Event Registration - Terms and Conditions

By registering as a vendor for this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Event Details
- Dates: Wednesday, June 4, 2025 – Saturday, June 7, 2025
- Daily Hours: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM EDT
- Location: Wyndham Lancaster Resort and Convention Center, 2300 Lincoln Hwy E., Lancaster, PA 17602
2. Registration Fee
- The registration fee covers one (1) empty vendor space for all four (4) days of the event.
- The vendor space includes floor space only. Tables and chairs are not included unless reserved (see Section 3).
- Each registration entitles you to one (1) table space.
- To obtain additional table space, you must submit a separate registration and applicable table rental fee.
3. Tables and Chairs
- Tables and chairs are available for an additional fee and must be reserved at the time of registration to guarantee availability.
- Failure to reserve in advance may result in unavailability of tables or chairs at the event.
- Vendors are responsible for all personal items and booth setup/teardown.
4. Booth Hours & Breakdown
- Vendors may set up and close their booths at their discretion each day.
- However, full breakdown and removal of all items must be completed by 9:00 PM EDT on Saturday, June 7, 2025.
- Vendors may leave items overnight, but do so at their own discretion and risk. The event organizers and venue are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft.
5. Sales Proceeds
- All vendors agree to contribute 10% of total sales proceeds from the event.
- This amount is due by June 7, 2025 and must be submitted to the event organizer by the end of the final event day.
6. Payments
- All payments must be made in full at the time of registration via Square.
- Registration is non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
- Any additional fees for equipment (e.g., tables, chairs) must be paid along with the registration.
7. General Policies
- Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
- Vendors are responsible for cleaning their area and removing all personal belongings and trash by the event's end.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations initiated by the vendor.
- In the event of cancellation by the organizer, a full refund will be issued to all vendors.
- This is a RAIN OR SHINE Event, no refunds will be made due to weather unless the organizer cancels the event.
9. Liability
- The event organizers, venue, and associated parties are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.
- Vendors are responsible for any damages caused to the venue property and may be billed accordingly.
10. Agreement
By submitting your registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
